2. Product Availability & Pricing
✔ All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you immediately.
✔ Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) unless otherwise stated.
✔ We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
📌 Promotional discounts and offers may have expiration dates and are subject to terms set by Bleeves®.
3. Order Processing & Payment
📌 Placing an Order
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received (except for COD orders).
- You will receive an order confirmation email after successfully placing an order.
📌 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
✔ Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
✔ GCash & Bank Transfers (via PayMongo)
✔ Cash on Delivery (COD) (for eligible locations)
✔ Cash on Pickup (COP)
📌 For bulk orders via COD/COP, a 50% deposit is required before processing.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup
✔ Delivery timelines vary based on location (see our Shipping Policy for details).
✔ We are not liable for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
📌 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Bleeves® is not liable for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
✔ Orders can be modified or canceled before they are processed. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer allowed.
✔ If you wish to make changes to your order, contact our support team immediately.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Bleeves®, but if you need to request a return or exchange, please note the following:
✔ Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
✔ Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
✔ All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

7. Personalization Terms
✔ Personalization (name embroidery) must be accurate at the time of order placement.
✔ Bleeves® is not responsible for errors due to incorrect spelling or formatting provided by the customer.
✔ Personalized orders require an additional 1 business day for processing.
8. Intellectual Property
✔ All content, images, product designs, and branding on this website belong to Bleeves® and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
✔ You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of our website or products without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
✔ Bleeves® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
✔ Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your order.
